Thomas is Partner at Redstone. He is also the Managing Director of Rebate Networks, a German venture investor. Over the last years he has been involved in building up several e-commerce companies in South East Asia and Eastern Europe. Thomas started his internet career in 2000 as Co-Founder of yousmile.de AG and Mentasys GmbH, which became one of Germany’s leading online price comparison service provider and which has subsequently been sold to a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG. Prior to Rebate Networks he was Managing Director and CFO of studiVZ, Europe’s largest social network at that time. Thomas is currently also involved in several startups in Europe, the US and Asia as business angel and advisor. He likes running marathons.
