Grabmeier personally invested into these companies as a business angel and further supports them as an advisor.

2013 Grabmeier was among the winners of the German Online Communications Award which the magazine Pressesprecher awards for outstanding projects and forward-looking strategies in digital communication. The digital transformation expert won both, the “Corporate Web 2.0 Award” by IIR in 2012 and the title of “Social Media Innovator” by W&V magazine in 2011, for his work. Grabmeier is a well-known blogger and author for several books and trade journals. As executive manager of Selbst-GmbH e.V. he has been contributing to strengthening the innovative capability within the field of HR for over 15 years.

Prior to his work at Kienbaum, Grabmeier was chief innovation evangelist at Haufe group, one of Germany’s digital champions.
